Wawa in New Jersey

"My post is strictly to point out a few great employees. I was just at another local Wawa and received the worst service that it made me think of my usual wawa and their employees. I don't know their names, but there's an Indian guy with glasses and a young girl with short, spiky hair and glasses, and they are always smiling, joking, and so darn pleasant. If I learn their names, I will edit my post. I just wanted to take a minute and have them recognized."

"I feel compelled to leave this review on a specific employee at this location. Her name is Alyssa. I cannot describe how much joy it brings me to see her working there because I know she ALWAYS makes a great drink. There have been times, especially now where a lot of people have been either not putting enough caramel or it tastes like the latte machine hasn’t been cleaned and it makes the drink bitter. I usually would have to request people to add caramel just to get the flavor but when I saw that she was working today, I took a leap of faith and let her do her thing and wow! My latte just put me in a really good mood today. It was just right! It was smooth and just the right amount of everything. Thank god I bought two because I knew I was going to drink one real fast. It never fails when she makes it. Plus, she seems very friendly, always interacting with customers while working. Today the store was busy and my drinks were done before my sandwich, so I decided to take a sip while waiting and it was so good I had to walk up to her to tell her. Please give Alyssa the recognition she deserves, just don’t take her away from the store because I love her ice lattes :) Also, there’s a few other people that make decent lattes and it’s usually in the morning like the two Filipino people in the morning. The nighttime crew is where I usually would have to ask or it’s ehh. (This feedback was also sent through the wawa app)"

"Nice location that is always busy. The coffee is good and the station is well stocked. Cold drinks are also on tap. Breakfast sandwiches are priced right and are good. The tesla chargers in back are an added bonus, if you need them."

"The store manager, Anthony, seems like a good guy. I appreciate his professionalism. Doordash or Wawa shorted me on about 3 items from an order back in July, so he was able to issue a gift card in the amount of the 3 items I genuinely never received. Doordash would not credit me for the missing items. I appreciate the manager being kind to me in his demeanor, as well as, the gift card, which I was able to utilize right away."
